Exchange/ Return Process:

Free exchange/return for orders $49 and above

Exchange/return fees of $3 for orders under $49

Items purchased online can also be returned and/or exchanged at D.FY Branches (Store Terms and Conditions apply).

Eligibility:

Item(s) must be in their original packaging condition: unused, unwashed, unperfumed, and unaltered having the original tags attached at the time of return

Swimwear, underwear, and socks can’t be returned

Time Frame:

For new collection items: returns are accepted within 30 days

 For sale/promotion items: returns are accepted within 15 days

For special sale events items: returns are accepted within 3 days

Price Guidelines:

Exchanges and/or returns on new collection will be processed at current retail price

Exchanges and/or returns during sale will be conducted at the transaction price

Exchange different colors/sizes during sale period will be based on the current price

Reimbursement Method:

Cash refunds are not accepted; instead, an e-voucher will be issued for the returned amount and sent by email (e-voucher can be used online only).
